Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier issues.

A tracking link/SMS will be shared once your order is handed over to the courier.

5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Vyreé is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available nationwide. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost after dispatch, contact us and we’ll coordinate with the courier.
